The Project Steering Committee consists of a sub group of sponsors
appointed to assist in the following duties:

technical progress and project schedule |

Monitor
administration and financial aspects |

Advice
on selection of project sites for generic program |
The committee members will be participating as individuals and not
necessarily representing their company during the committee meetings.
Preference will be given to individuals who represent Major project
sponsors, who are relatively senior in their organisations and who
have a long term involvement in the P9 project.
Meetings will generally be held alongside the P9N sponsors review
meetings (SRM's). A meeting will be held prior to the SRM and, if
required, a meeting following the SRM.
The meetings are organised and chaired by AMIRA. Key researcher leaders
also attend these meetings.
All outcomes are minuted and discussed with all sponsors prior to
any recommendations being implemented. |
